Isoenzyme form of enzyme regulation: Isozymes are enzymes which catalyse the same chemical reaction but have different amino acid sequence. Example of isozymes are creatine phosphokinase. MM isoforms are present in muscles, BB isoform in brain and MB isoform in heart.
Genetic regulation of enzymes: The production of enzymes us regulated at the genetic level. Lac operon is the best example. The enzyme galactosidase is secreted only in the presence of lactose and absence of glucose.
