People who are lactose intolrent they find problem while having dairy product like milk and butter because they have high lactose content and person who are lactose intolrent don't have lactase producing enzyme capacity which break lactose into simpler sugar but they don't find problem while having yougrt because yougrt have its own bacteria which produce lactase enzyme while taking by person and in cheese lactose concentration is almost reduce while processing SO FIRST OPTION IS THE CORRECT EXPLANATION.
