1 .aPhysical activity has an important role in the overall development of children , both boys and girls..But boys spent more time in physical a ctivities whereas girls on the other hand participated in fewer activities.They are more interested in doing sedentery activities.
b When alone boys prefer masculine activities where as girls prefer feminine activities.Both boys and girls preferred engaging in social interactions with same -gender peers .Both the groups enjoying playing in group but with peers of the same gender.
c When children are exposed to competetive settings both genders compete equally apart from their gender differences. .Neither the boys nor the girls are influenced by the gender of their opponent
d Girls considers running,jumping etc as boyish task,whereas boys consider dancing as a girlish task.Because boys are more active than girls.Girls often fail to notice the relevance of sports.Sometimes they dislike to paly with boys because they are quite agressive.They often feelas if they are being judged .This prevent the girls from taking part in sports.
