1 When a health care provider is under the influence of the alcohol can provide harm to the patient.In the first case it is unethical for a physician to [practice medicine while under the influence of a controlled substance which impair the ability to practice medicine and the physicians should refrain themselves from taking alcohol while on call.Here another provider has seen the incident and still kept his mouth shut.its against the ethical principles and both could be held liable for the misconduct.
2 N o it is not right.They are breaching their contract with the society by refusing care.This blanket refusal of physicians to see the patients is unjust.All physicians should accept Medicaid.it is not ethical
.3 He should view this behaviour as unetical and unprofessional.it is like verbally slandering the patients reputation.
4it is unethical .As charging for services that are not rendered is often considered as fraudulent billing.This type of fraud can be viewed in a bill insurance where the health care providers may charge for the services that are not carried out.
5 Health care providers who fail to treat patients for reasons of sexual orientation has to face legal liability.But some health care providers have their religious views in this context ,that is the reason why they refuse treatment to the patient in such situations.But the code of Medical ethics governing the medical profession permits doctors to refuse to treat a patient for religious reasons as long as they provide an immediate and effective referral to another physician who will perform the service.
