net impedance=rms voltage/rms current=90/0.67=134.3284 ohms

as we know, net impedance of an RC circuit=sqrt(R^2+capacitive impedance^2)

134.3284=sqrt(R^2+72.0158^2)

solving for R, we get R=113.3924 ohms
