In a very slight instances, the property owner pursue the ability of the government to take the property as per the constitutional law, but these challenges dont succeed regularly. The “public use is an example of Eminent domain. Inverse condemnation is done by the property owner when the government takes up a property without taling up the eminent domain procedures. These are often land-use disputes wherein a property owner end up challenging the development restrictions.
Ans 2)A prescription is an ordered step by step process or instruction whereas a dedication is self-initiated and motivated as loyalty towards the specific cause.One can ascertain dedication as a predefined moral outlook when a specific motivated group are working together to attain some goal.

Ans 4)If Municipality does not enact zoning restrictions then there wont be any regulation of property setup of the specific. There shall be misusage of property rights. There may not uniform distribution of land or zone among residential , commercial and industrial areas. This can noise and air pollution and can affect overall environment of the entire location. There wont be proper collection of taxes and revenues as well if there are no zoning restrictions. Lack of planning in setup of zone shall be evident which may cause chaos and jams.
