R = 96 ohm
when 10000 arterioles are in parallel,
Req = R / 10000
= 96/10000
=9.6*10^-3 ohm

B)
Now , R = 1.5*96 ohm = 144 ohm
Req = R /10000
= 144/10000
=1.4*10^-2 ohm

deleta V = I* 9.6*10^-3
delta V' = I*1.4*10^-2

(delta V' - delta V) / delta V = (I*1.4*10^-2 - I* 9.6*10^-3) / (I* 9.6*10^-3)
