1. Side chain of glycine contains no carbon.

If one were to take valine's side chain and add a CH2 to one end and you'd have isoleucine.

Phenylalanine contains 6 more carbon in it's side chain than alanine.

2. Only glutamic acid is negatively charged. Rest of all amino acid's provided in question are uncharged. Valine leucine isoleucine are hydrophobic amino acids.

3. It is proline. Also known as stress amino acid. It breaks the alpha helix and beta pleated sheet. Proline also brings kink or bent in protein shape as it keeps the peptide bond in cis orientation.
