How far towards the left speaker must the observer walk to experience the third destructive interference? Assuming the observer moved at constant speed v_0 = 3 m/s, what are the frequencies heard by the observer from each of the speakers?

for third destructive interference n=3, therefore,

2x= (3-1/2)

Hence x= 5/4 ,

= 343/400= 0.8575 m

x= 1.0718 m
