a) The recognition site of XmaI is C/CCGGG on one strand and GGGCC/C on the other.
b)It leaves sticky ends and leaves a single strand overhang.
c)The optimal incubation temperature for this enzyme is 37°C.
d)XmaI is taken from Xanthomonas malvacearum
