d) Just after the circuit is completed, the current through the resistor is 115/7900 =0.0146 A

e) Vc = Vapplied = 115V
VR = R*current
Q = C*V = 4.95*10^-6*115=569.25*10^-6 coulombs
Current = 0 after many time constants (the capacitor has reached the applied voltage, and there is no voltage across the resistor)
