T = 10/8 = 1.24 sec

T = 2pi sqrt(m/k)

m is mass of block

k is spring constnt

1.24 = 2*pi *sqr(m/12.4)

m =0.482 Kg

w = 2*pi/T

w = 2*pi/1.24

w= 5.06 rad/sec

w is angular frequency

d.)total energy = 0.5kx^2

TE = 0.5*12.4*0.046^2 = 0.01311 J
