a) Volume = mass/density = 67/994 = 0.0674 m3  

b) Let density of air = 1.225 kg/m3

mass of Person in air = density*Volume = 1.225 *0.0674 = 0.082565 Kg

So, the buoyant force air exerts on him = mass*gravity = 0.082565*9.81 = 0.8099 N

c)   the ratio of the buoyant force to his weight = mass in air/actual mass = 0.082565/67 = 1.2323x10-3
