(a) If they are used as an aggregate of concrete, the structure would not hold for long as zeolites easily expand on slight increase in surface temprature which will loosen the binding of the structure.
(b) Abutment for a concrete dam would also be a great risk if zeolites are used as concrete because it will be in direct contact with water and those walls will not hold water for long as zeolites are easily hydrated as well as dehydrated.
