a. Principles of voluntary Protection Program and as follows -

b. The role of employee involvement play in the VPP is to reinforce the importance of safety and boosts. The employees play a leadership role and therefore they have the responsibility of promoting the voluntary Protection Program. Every employee has the responsibility and authority to stop working immediately if he or she believes that an unsafe work practice exists and that impact the employee or the environment.

c. Requirements for the safety and health management system annual review in the VPP are the requirement of the use of a respirator in some cases when performing roofing and flooring work in a hazardous area, cordial atmosphere between management and workers safety and health training to prevent the hazard in order to establish comprehensive safety and health management system.

d Asbestos exposure increases the risk of lung diseases, it is a process of lung tissue scarring which is caused by the fibers of asbestos. e. The expectation of safety meeting / safety teams is to stop us and the Co worker from being injured. Safety meeting also allows employees an opportunity to relay safety health concerns. Benefits of safety meeting are key to keep the employees and customers safe and risk free especially if they working around dangerous Chemicals are the equipments.
