Explanation / Answer
Plagiarism refers to the unauthorized copying of material from someone else's work or unauthorized adoption of else's ideas, expression. In the context of academics plagiarism is a strong threat. It causes major confusion about the original authorship of a subject. There are many types of this crime.
Direct plagiarism:

Self Plagiarism:
This is submitting material that has already been submitted by the same author previously. This happens when you submit a term paper that you just submitted in the previous semester.
Mosaic Plagiarism(paragraph:

Accidental Plagiarism:
This happens when a student misquote a source or does not quote the source.
In the present case:
The first plagiarism is a type of “word for word” plagiarism where the student has just changed the words of the source material without changing the main structure of the source.
The second example is a type of “paragraph plagiarism” where a certain portion of the source material has been copied without quotation marks.
Third example is not a plagiarism. Here the student has stated his/her own ideas without copying material from anywhere.
