Solution:
b) centripetal force = m v ^2 / r
=> Fr = 72 x (225)^2 / 2.7 x 10^3
=> Fr = 1350 N ( you forgot to convert that km to m thats why you are getting 1350000 N)
c) Force that seat exert on the pilot at the top
=> F = centripetal force - weight
=> F = 1350 N - 72 x 9.8
=> F = 644.4 N
d) Force that seat exert on the pilot at the top
=> F = weight + centripetal force
=> F = 72 x 9.8 + 1350
=> F = 2055.6 N (That is the value i am getting when i am using g = 9.8 m/s^2)
