Work done by snow is Wsnow = chnage in kinetic energy = Kfinal - Kinitial

Kfinal = 0 J since final velocity is 0 m/s

Kinitial = 0.5*m*u^2 = 0.5*83*46^2 = 87814 J

then

Wsnow = Kf-Ki = 0-87814 J = -87814 J

initial speed is vo = 46 m/s

final speed is v = 0 m/s

distance travelled is d = 1.5 m

v^2 - vo^2 = 2*a*s

0^2 - 46^2 = 2*a*1.5

a = -705.34 m/s^2
