I'm having to write a report on the article Europe's Shattered Dream of Order and I'm stuck on a few of the questiosn we have to answer. Here are the questions:

1. What is the global issue raised in this article? Provide specific examples from the article to support your answer.

- What I got as the main issue is that Europe is trying to change everyone elses ideology to agree with theirs in the sence of politics and security. I'm just wondering if someone can help me expand that a little.

2. What is the main argument put forth by the author(s) in discussing this global issue? What theoretical perspective (i.e., realist, liberal, radical, etc.) and/or empirical evidence do the authors use to support their argument(s)? Are they successful in effectively demonstrating their points? Provide specific examples from the article to support your answer.

- The main argument is between who is right in this international system and how should everyone behave. Russia is trying to prove their more powerful by expanding their borders and taking over Crimea. Again, I could just use help explaining in more depth.

3. Identify the main actors in the international system affected by this global issue and at which particular level of analysis that actor operates (individual, state/domestic, and systemic/global). How does this global issue affect the different actors in the international system, for example individuals, states, intergovernmental organizations, nongovernmental organizations, etc.? Provide specific examples to illustrate your points.

- I know the main actors in this article is Europe, the US, Russia, Crimea, China, and a few others but I'm lost on the level of analysis and how it affects others in the international system.

4. Considering the relevance of this issue today, what should be done in the future? What actors should respond and how? In your answer address the impact on and/or response by individuals, states, and transnational actors (IGOs, NGOs, etc.).

- Now this question I have no clue about.

Explanation / Answer

1) The issue is Global peace, and avoidance of world war one more time. Europe is involved in all war creating issues,mediator between comminism vs capitalism Russia Vs US, Germany dis integration, Germay,Japan,Italy tie and leads to world war so the claim of Europe for secutiry after cold war is aslo false.

2) The main argument is about world peace, europes one side policy during cold war and earlier wars and its secret ties are the problematic issue

3) It affects against world peace and creates future wars, all countries which will make secret agrreemnts which may lead to war like situations are role makers

4) United Nationas shall act strongly for promotion of world peace, It shall not align with US, shall not be dominated by US and its actions, shall work transparently
