Discuss what you assess are the factors in their political systems, history, etc. impact the ability of these nations to address their policy challenges. and develop. Should we be optimistic about their prospects for success —why or why not? What recommendations would you make to each government, if you were called in as a consultant? It would be tempting to simply suggest that the governments and systems to fully pattern their policies after the US or another governmental system you may prefer, but why would that be unreasonable and difficult advice to follow.

2.Petrolium policy issues
3.Infrastructure policy issues
4.Foreign policy issues
5.Environmental policy issues
Politics greatly impact the ability of the nations to address their policy challenges. Some political parties for their vote bank, they dont allow certain things to be done. History of a country also hinders the making of new policies The traditions and culture of some countries do not allow the policy makere to take good decisions on policies. Because of these factors, one cannot be optimistic about their prospectus of success.
Recommendations for the governmets are: There should be an in-depth analysis on the opinions and policies. This should be supported by all the political parties. Policy makers must make policies that can help in globalization.
The World Bank recommended that countries should focus on the following things for development.
All contries cannot follow the patterns of US govenment or any other goverment. It is unreasonable. Because every nation has their own culture, tradition, political systems etc. It is also very difficult to follow the patterns of another country. Different countries have their own labor regulations. Some countries are full of corruption, voilence, terrorism etc. So, it is very difficult for a country with lot of internal problems to follow the patterns of US government or any other government.
