First use the graph to find the three capacitances
C1 = 0.75*(qs/Vs) , C2 = 0.5*(qs/Vs) , C3 = 0.25*(qs/Vs)
Now compute the equivalent capacitance. Because C2 and C3 are in parallel, they are equivalent to
C23 = 0.75*(qs/Vs)
Because C1 has the same capacitance we can recognize the voltage across C23 as 0.5V
Hence the charge on C2 is
Q2 = C2*0.5V = (V/4Vs)*qs = (5/4*8)*8 = 1.25 µC
