when in water,

normal reaction on each leg = W/3 = 295.63 N

cross sectio area = pi (0.026/2)^2 = 5.31 x 10^-4 m^2

P = Force / area = 295.63 / (5.31 x10^-4)

3. desity of gasoline = 719.7 kg/m^3

Volume = 15 x 10^-3 m^3

mass of gasoline, m = density x volume = 10.8 kg
