Eletrostatic potential energy of two point charge system is given as,

PE = k q1 q2 / r


Here q1 = q2 = q = 1.9 x 10^-6
POtential energy of system,

PE = 3 [ k q^2 / 0.51 ] + 2[ k q^2 / (2 x 0.51)] + [ k q^2 / ( 3 x 0.51)]

PE = (k q^2 ) [ 3/0.51 + 1/0.51 + 1/1.53]

PE = 8.50 k q^2

= (8.50)(9 x 10^9) (1.9 x 10^-6)^2

= 0.276 J
