e. what factors might cause your resting heart rate to be higher than normal?

Explanation / Answer

ifthe average calorie intake per day is higher than TDEE, there will be increase in weight, and calories in overtime the two things could i do to bring bring the energy balance in this case is doing continues excersice and consuming low calories food with perfect diet. to burn one pound per week first you should have perfect idea of how much calories you have to burn on an average day. generally men burn 1900 to 2500 calories per day depending on their stability and women burn 1600 to 2000 calories per day by doing the exercise. Generally the heartbeat of an athelete person is below 40 beats per minutes. the blood flow oxygen level reduces, whereas an exercise person heart works harder when other muscles in the body pump more blood back to the heart. increasing blood flow triggers the faster heartbeat. which means a greater volume of oxygen is delivered to the body per heartbeat. because the exercise training has increased the volume of oxygen increases so the resting level of heart rate is low.
