Given that        N = 80 turns        B = 0.40 T         f = 60 Hz         Vrms = 120V We know that        Vrms = N A B                 = 2 N A B f      ==> A = Vrms / 2NBf                 = 120 / 2 * 3.14 * 80 * 0.40 * 60                 = 0.009952 m2 so that side of coil (a) = A = 0.0997 m Therefore length of the wire L = 4aN = 4 * 0.997 * 80 = 31.92 m
