c) No he cant get the sum increased for this extra cost.it is the duty of the contractor to check with the architect before laying of the wall.

d) increaments in time can be provided.

2ans) No the contractor cannot get extra conpensation for the work as the duty of the contractor to verify it with the architect and the client.the AIA documents and sections will help us to know the charges and penalities.
