When babies are crying, at first we will not feel anything because we it is an infant. After the time goes on, we will feel some frustration but we convince our selves that it is an infant and it does not know anything. After the time goes on we try to convey to her parents that see if the child needs to feed or something else. I will keep ear plugs always with me which reduces the noice and keep peaceful
