NAFTA did divulge themselves in ensuring that the attrition level to increase they infact ensured that the new recrutment process was easier as they would absorb more new joinees. Yes the unemployment was at record low level because people did not leave jobs rather they spoke about insecurity. Their were several impacts they were Exagerrated impact,Foreign policy triumph,foreign investment,Manufacturing. NAFTA was a public policy success since it came into excistence. Mexico tackled the situation by giving more wages and high packages they gave more money to people who left the job they also offerd benefits.
