Hello,

Firstly, select a texture by clicking right click and choosing backgrounds option.Select the colur given in this problem and click ok and apply.

Draw Lines using LINE command , which would give you the lines and so the only portion now left is the names.

For names select Text box Command on the left side and write the names given by using same command for each word.

Then for giving the colur to that specific text ,select it and go to properties , then go to colurs option and give the required colur .
