Answer 3:- As per above situation B has given incorrect in order about A to H, that A is a buddhist whereas A was in fact a baptist. A can take legal action B in courtyard of law as, B has been dispersal wrong in order on the religion aspect of A. As A is baptist, he has high expectation of charming the case
.Answer 4:- As per the agreement signed by the A & O, if the prelimiary design for domatory would be liked by H, only then a additional contract would be given to A to total the design. But if the plan would not be liked by H, the agreement will be finished by $100 fee. Post B provide fake in order to H on A's behavior & religion, H determined to end the contract without even examination the preliminary design. A can sue H, as he did not even opened the wrapper & made the decision of cancel the contract. A can win the agrument, since he has the contract state if beginning design is liked by H, whereas H is not even aware what the design look like. A can there the details & the false that have been compulsory on him due to which the plan was not even looked next to & decision was made with no any details
.Answer 5:- A can again sue O, as obviously it was mentioned in the agreement if the beginning design would be liked. But as per scenario mention above, envelope contain design was not even opened & choice was made. A can sue O of wrong contract treatment & have high chances of charming the case
