Question

I'm having trouble understanding the part in red. I keep doingit over and over and i still get it wrong. Can any one explain itto me? Thanks! B)In order to find change in force per kilogram fromthe front to the back we must find: F orF=[Gm1(1.0kg)/r2front] -[Gm1(1.0kg)/r2back] when solved for F we get F/1.0kg=Gm1(1/r2front - 1/r2back) r=10000m Now simply plug in the values to find F F/1.0kg = (6.67 x10-11N.m2/kg2)(120x 1.99x1030kg)[1/(104m)2 -1/(104m + 100m)2] I'm having trouble understanding the part in red. Explanation / Answer

I checked the problem .. and I think it says the black hole is 100times the Sun's mass .. I think you're using 120. Lemme know if that did it .. if it didn't, would love toinvestigate further. Best of luck !
