Hsp70 is expressed 1,2, and 4. Hsp70 is only expressed in heat shock conditions

Hsp70 is expressed 1,2, and 4.

Hsp70 is only expressed in heat shock conditions yet it is expressed with the template gDNA(Hsp70 primer) in the control but not in the control with cDNA(Hsp70 primer).

Why is HSp70 gene not expressed in 3 but expressed in 1?

Please explain. I believe it has something to do with the fact that RNA is present in gDNA but not in cDNA but i dont unserstand the significance of RNA to control gene the expression of the Hsp70 gene under heat shock conditions.

This differential expression of Hsp70 is based on presence of introns. Genomic DNA has introns whereas, cDNA lacks introns. The genetic make up affects the expression of Hsp70. The more the amount of introns, there is more accumulation of mRNA. Therefore, cDNA being deviod of introns does not show expression of Hsp70.
