Loss of water along with electrolytes can have severe effects on the body. It's severe symptoms ranges from fall in blood pressure to fainting and drop in pulse. Some of the severe symptoms of water loss and electrolyte loss are;
1. There could be severe drop in blood pressure which will cause shortage of blood supply to vital organs including brain. This can result in damage to brain cells.
2. Disturbance in cellular processes due to shortage of water.
