We know from eqn of motion

v^2 = u^2 + 2 a S

v = sqrt (2 a S)

v = sqrt (2 x 1.8 x 13) = 6.84 m/s

KE = 1/2 m v^2

KE = 0.5 x 700 x 6.84^2 = 1.64 x 10^4 J

Hence, KE = 1.64 x 10^4 J
