Whether using a digital camera, an HD film recorder, or an electric guitar, much of our modern art is powered by energy. Choose one of these devices, maybe one that is from your major or your hobby, and examine it as thoroughly as possible in terms of energy. Be sure to include an accounting of the energy that powers the device as well as any external energies that might be needed (such as light energy which is needed for photography and film or mechanical energy which is needed to strum a guitar).
Explanation / Answer
consider an electric guitar
the electric guitar needs to be strummed and this mechanical energy has to be provided externally to the guitar by the guitar player
in addition to that, the electric guitar needs electric energy to pick up and amplify the mechanical vibrations it picks up. this energy required in the form of electricity amplifies the vibrations by first converting mechanical vibrations into electrical vibrations then amplifying is using operatinoal amplifiers. after this process certian filter circiuits allow these vibrations to be modified which when finally pass into tthe speaker are rsdiated out ultimately as sound energy
