heat P = 7*107 W/m3 length of rod L= 1m diameter of rod d= 5 cm radius r =d/2 =>radius r= 2.5 cm =>radius r= 0.025cm volume of rod V =L**r2 the rate of heat generation in each rod = P*V the rate of heat generation in each rod =P*L**r2 the rate of heat generation in each rod =7*107*1**0.0252 the rate of heat generation in each rod = 137.4 kW so,the rate of heatgeneration in each rod = 137 kW
