i used S = (2*pi*L)/(ln(4z/D)) = 242.569 where L = 100m, z = 1m, D = 0.30m ..., but also thought it would be the same if you use L=1m which would be the heat loss per every meter on the pipe and then multiply the S factor by 100. But the answers are not the same.
q = Sk(T1-T2), for L = 100m the heat loss was 16300.6W, and for L = 1 the heat loss was 86.3 W.
