I am a gold member and I cannot see the steps to the problemssince the format has been changed. I bring up the problem(11.5 in Fundamentals of Electric Circuits/ Alexander, Sadiku),revealing the first step. When I try to advance to the nextsteps, nothing happens. make sure that your flash player is version 8 or above (ten just came out try downloading this version). update your computer windows updates and restart your compter and try again. If the same thing just try clicking the next button over and over and over ( works for me sometimes). hope this helps!
