Explanation / Answer

5. As recommended by USDA, as an active man, my daily intake of fruits would be 2 and a half C, vegetables 3 and a half C, grams 10 oz, protein foods 7 oz, mild 3 C, oils 8 tsp.

Throughout the weak, I will consume all the varieties of fruits like apples, apricots, avocados, bananas, plums, strawberries, peaches, raspberries, pomegranate etc. and 100% fruit juices.

I will limit foods that contain solid fats and added sugars. I will consume subgroups of all the vegetables throughout the week.
