Explanation / Answer

Answer 5:- A) The main difference between them is that in homologous chromosome are similar in nature which are known to present already in cell at the beginning of meiosis while on the other side sister chromatids are identical in nature which are known to present in the first stage of meiosis.

Answer 5 :- B) The two process which increase the diversity of gametes by meiosis are crossing over at the time of prophase 1, inner sister chromatids of homologous chromosome which are pair exchange some DNA. While other process such as independent assortment where in metaphase 1 homologous chromosome which are pair lined up in metaphase plate where they independently pair with each other.

Answer 6:- The structure of DNA is double helix in nature, DNA is known to Deoxyribonucleic acid. DNA is made up of a molecule which have phosphate backbone and sugar is deoxyribose where they have two strand which lined with each by having bonding of nucleotide between them such as adenine which pairs with thymine and cytosine with guanine. The function of DNA which carry genetic information and transmit the information from one generation to another.

Answer :- 6a) The two location where DNA is found in animal cell such as in organelles nucleus and mitochondria.

Answer 6:- D) Ethanol is a chemical which is used to precipitate DNA.

Answer 6:- F) It is found in all living cells.
