Solution:

velocity will be maximum when the object particle will have least potential energy.

and between C and G , D is the point of least potential energy.

Hence particle will be moving fastest at point D

Using conservation of energy

total energy at point H = total energy at point D

=> 300 + 0.5 * 6.31 * 14.5 * 14.5 = 200 + 0.5 * 6.31 * v^2

=> v = 15.6 m/s (three significant digits)
