Ans .Looking at the symptoms of the patient the main presenting issues are tachycardia and elevated thyroxine levels in the patients body.This can be due excess iodine intake which is common in hispanic countries. The lady seems to be suffering from hyperthyroidism since thyroxine levels are high and TSH is low.
