People do this technique in order to maintaing single culture in pure form. In this way they can use the pure culture to check its activity, and every details a person can gets like biochemical activities, physiological characterstics etc.
By the cell culture technique, the person are trying to know the actual harmful and useful effects of the culture.
2. Performing the cell culture technique: Cell culture is perfomed by the asceptical transfer of the culture from one media to the other in order to get the pure cell line.
