I believe the correct statement to be D) the microbes inncreases their activity to digest cellulose in summer comparative to winter
as the reindeer have their major source of foood in form of pants and plant contain cellulose. but plants also contain xylan so i am confused between A and D. but i believe D to be correct comparatively.
