I know how to find the tangent plane. It is:
2x + 4y + z = 14

How do I find the parametric equations of the normal line though?

normal line>>its vector is normal is the same as the normal vector of this plane (see text, but normal vec for plane is direct) now this vec is a direc vec for the line, also u have a point on the line: u can get the parametric equ of the line by just susbs.
