a) for the torque

as the current is counterclockwise , the direction of magnetic moment is out of plane

as torque = u X B

using right hand rule

the force on the top wire is INTO the page

magnitude of torque = Area * B

magnitude of torque = 0.15^2 * 4.2 * 2.5 *10^-5

magnitude of torque = 2.36 *10^-6 N.m
