Tell me what you learned and how it connects to our Classical Mechanics course. In other words, describe a specific aspect of the Endeavour shuttle (i.e., missions, projects, instruments, hardware, etc.) and describe how the technology, science, and/or engineering connects to the material in our course. Be very specific for full credit. Your report must include equations where ever possible. Consider this a technical research project; basic equations are helpful and expected. and in my opinion the best and the easiest thing to write about is the potential and the kinetic energy and Newton laws. Tell how the ship in the lunch position its convert the potential energy into kinetic when its move into the space, and the newtons laws.
(Newton's First Lawstates that an object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless acted upon by an external force.)

Ch-1 :
For some limited amount of time the Space Shuttle can be thought to be travelling in only one direction .
During lift off : upwards(1 Dimension), after some time it gets linear(1-Domension).
Ch-2 : As the Space Shuttle moves to low density atmosphere,it starts to disintegrate its components : say the components are projected from the shuttle.
Ch-3 : To get to higher speeds, Shuttle makes revolutions around the Earth to reach Escape Velocity.
this is a Circular motion for earth's frame.
Ch-4 : A force M*g is constantly acting on shuttle where M is its mass,g is accleration due to gravity at earth. To overcome this Force,it accelerates using its engine.
Ch-5 : As the fuel is burnt out in shuttle,Gases coming out of its tail,its Total mass reduces + there is change in momentum. Second law of motion : rate of change in momentum is Force .
Ch- 6 : Work is done by Engine to overcome Force of Gravity.
This work done will be equal to change in kinetic energy of Shuttle.
Ch-7 : YOu cannot say that Potential Energy is converted to Kinetic in going up.
External Force is being applied to Shuttle thus,Change in Potential Energy is not equal to increase in Kinetic Energy.
