All charges are equal and the same sign. All we have to do is find the direction of each field at the center and sum the vectors
As the center point call it x, the direction of the field from the top of the triangle is 270 degrees
At x, the field from the lower right charge points at 150 degrees.
At x, the field from the lower left charge points at 30 degrees.

To sum the vector fields, first sum the horizontal components:
