Stock of running buffer solution is 50x. Take 3ml stock sol and add 147 ml mili Q water. To this add 2.25g agorose. Heat the sol in microoven or heat plate. Cool and cast the gel.
7. Ans:
We have 95% ethanol. Dilution calculation by C1V1=C2V2
95*X = 70*7.5
X=5.5263
So take 5.5263L of 95% ethanol and make it to 7.5L by using MQ water/ Distilled water (DW)
8. Ans:
Take 200ml premade LB agar and add 200micro L of ampicilin stock sol. (This is small vol that does not affect con)
9. Ans:
We need 250mg. Because 100micro g per ml. 0.1mg per ml. So0.1*2500=250mg
