The spacecraft can be thought of as a cylinder with a diameter of 9.5 m.

(a) Determine the angular acceleration.

Explanation / Answer

What might have happened is I did not answer the two in the correct order. My first answer was for the tangential acceleration, and my second answer was for radial acceleration. I'll change it. Sorry for the confusion:

Radial acceleration =2.77400 x 10-3 m/s2

Tangential= 6.37716 x 10-4 m/s2
